With Mark Gabbertas‘ "Cloud" collection, Gloster revolutionized upholstered furniture for outdoor use in 2010 and was the first provider to launch all-weather outdoor lounge furniture with all-weather cushions whose comfort could rival that of indoor furniture.

Just under a decade later, Gloster presented "Maya", the further development of the classic, redesigned by Mark Gabbertas. The seating comfort has been significantly refined, the design options are even more diverse, and the appearance more sophisticated, fresh, and in tune with the understated elegance of the current Gloster collection.

Gabbertas preserved Cloud's original, highly flexible design principle. On a slim powder-coated aluminum subframe, whose angularity has been softened by gentle organic transitions, upholstered elements rest, which can be supplemented at will with addable or removable backrest elements. Alternatively, the delicate subframes can also become a table or stool.
