EXTREMIS | ANCHOR

Anker

Anker by Extremis is a picnic table, meeting place and confident statement all in one. Its unusual triangular shape comfortably accommodates six people and ensures that everyone at the table faces one another. A look at the characteristically shaped corners also explains the name: Anker.

The construction combines a solid presence and robustness with the playful lightness typical of Extremis. Wood and hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated steel can be combined in various colors and finishes – understated and natural or deliberately colorful.

Anker forms a striking unit together with Inumbrina, the centrally positioned, wind-stable umbrella by Extremis. The table and umbrella become a visible eye-catcher for gardens, terraces, hospitality venues or public spaces.

Extremis at MÖBELWERK Wien

Extremis is the charmingly idiosyncratic Belgian outdoor furniture manufacturer founded by Dirk Wynants, who rethinks all the furniture he designs from the ground up. Instead of redesigning the familiar, Dirk asks how furniture can become "Tools for Togetherness"…

This results in surprising creations with clever features, great robustness and often a good dose of humor. Anker is typical of this: no ordinary garden table, but a new idea of how six people can come together at a table.

At MÖBELWERK Wien, we will advise you on the selection and configuration of Anker – from the wood and steel color to the combination with Inumbrina.
