Its proportions are balanced and relaxed – it fits into a dining room, study, or hotel lobby without ever looking out of place.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe armrests and backrest follow a continuous line. Where they meet, a joint with a stepped inner profile was specially developed to provide stability without adding bulk. On the outside, the same joint is resolved by slightly flattening the rounded armrest – a clean transition from round to flat. This detail is deliberately longer than functionally necessary, making it a distinctive feature of the chair. At the load-bearing points, visible wedged mortise-and-tenon joints remain – for added strength and as a subtle accent.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe frame is made of solid oak or walnut, oiled or lacquered. The upholstered seat is set into a concealed groove, without visible clips or fasteners. The seat is slightly tapered on the sides, giving it an almost floating, lighter appearance than its solid construction would suggest. Even from below, every surface is cleanly finished.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMuna was designed by Salih Teskeredžić, who refined the chair through six prototypes.
